摘要
共振问题存在于伸缩管结构之中,为了满足结构共振稳健可靠性的设计要求,必须考虑设计参数不确定性对于结构响应的影响。基于区间理论,提出了一种α-l型区间可靠性计算方法,对伸缩管结构共振问题进行了分析。建立伸缩管参数化模型,对伸缩管结构进行确定性分析,提取到结构前四阶模态的固有频率。通过Hua-Wang点集方法抽取区间样本点,利用共振稳健可靠性模型计算得到结构可靠性指标。计算结果显示,得到伸缩管前四阶振型的可靠性指标均满足可靠性设计要求(η>1),且其模态阶数越高,结构的可靠性指标越大。
Resonance problems exist in the structure of telescopic tube.In order to meet its robust resonant reliability design requirements,the effects of the uncertainty of the design parameters on the structural response need to be considered.In this paper,the problems of telescopic tube′s resonant reliability are analyzed based on the model of interval non probabilistic reliability.First,the deterministic analysis of the structure of telescopic tube,parametric modeling and the first four model frequency extracting are done.Then the digital simulation of Hua Wang point set is performed to take samples and use robust resonant reliability model to obtain the reliability index.The calculated results show that reliability index of the telescopic tube′s first four frequency meet the reliability requirements(η>1),and the higher its modal order,the greater the reliability index structure.
