The principle of “achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration” is important for the “Belt and Road” initiative. Overseas China Cultural Centers serve as a window by introducing the historical status and relevance of the “Belt and Road” in boosting cultural exchanges and trades and by promoting dialogue and integration among civilizations. The Silk Road spirit of “peaceful cooperation,openness and inclusiveness, m utual learning and mutual benefit” will prevail in the new historical period.
