Application Progress of Cellulase in Livestock Production

日粮纤维被称为第七大营养素,具有广泛的开发价值,大量研究表明纤维原料中添加纤维素酶能够促进畜禽的生产性能。为研究饲料配方中纤维素原料的使用及优化,文章基于纤维素酶的作用机理,阐述了纤维素酶在饲料、单胃动物及反刍动物生产中的应用。

Dietary fiber is known as the seventh largest nutrition,which has a wide range of development value.Many studies have shown that adding celluase in fiber materials can improve the production performance of livestock and poultry.This article based on the mechanism of the cellulase and discussed the application of celluase in production of feed,single stomach animals and ruminants,thus having provided reference of the use and optimization of fiber materials in feed formulations.
