摘要
试验对重组禽流感病毒(H5+H7)二价灭活疫苗免疫SPF鸭后的免疫持续期进行了研究。选用14日龄SPF鸭20只,其中10只鸭的腿部肌肉接种免疫灭活疫苗,剂量为0.5 m L·只-1,另10只不接种的鸭作为对照组。结果表明,免疫后14 d可以产生较高的免疫力,H5N1 Re-8株的抗体效价平均增值为5.6 log2,H7N9 H7-Re-1株的抗体效价平均增值为6.6 log2。到35 d产生的HI抗体效价平均值达到高峰,H5N1 Re-8株的抗体效价平均增值为8.6 log2,H7N9 H7-Re-1株的抗体效价平均增值为9.5 log2。第120天H5N1 Re-8株抗体效价平均值为4 log2,H7N9 H7-Re-1株的抗体效价平均值均为5 log2,为抗体的保护临界值。根据此数据分析,一次免疫的免疫保护期约为120 d。
This study was conducted to investigate the immune persistence of recombinant avian influenza virus(H5+H7)bivalent inactivated vaccine after immunization with SPF duck.Twenty SPF ducks aged14days were selected.In each of the10ducks,the leg muscles were immunized with inactivated vaccines,and each of which was0.5mL.Moreover,10ducks without vaccination were used as control group.The average value of antibody titer of H5N1Re-8strain was5.6log2,and the average value of antibody titer of H7N9H7-Re-1strain was6.6log2.The average titer of HI antibody reached the peak at35days,and the average titer of antibody titer of H5N1Re-8strain was8.6log2,and the average titer of antibody titer of H7N9H7-Re-1strain was9.5log2.On the120th day,the average titer of antibody titer of H5N1Re-8strain was4log2,and the average titer of antibody titer of H7N9H7-Re-1strain was5log2,which was the critical value of antibody protection.According to the data analysis,the immune protection period of the first immunization was about120days.
