新形势下地方高校开展来华留学生教育的思路与对策

A Study of Foreign Student Education in China's Local Colleges and Universities Under New Situation

新时期教育对外开放面临新形势和新要求,我国来华留学也进入了新的发展阶段。来华留学作为高校推进国际化的重要组成部分,越来越受到高校的重视。地方高校在寻求自身快速发展和推进国际化过程中,积极投身到开展来华留学教育的行列,在取得成绩的同时也面临发展瓶颈。本文从分析来华留学新形势及所面临问题入手,结合地方高校实际,从做好学校顶层设计、拓展招生渠道、合理定位发展规模、加大师资队伍建设、保障管理队伍、打造自身特色六个方面探讨地方高校开展来华留学的新思路和新对策。

In the new era,the education opening up witnesses new situations and requirements,leading to a new development stage for foreign student education in China As a significant part of internationalization of China’s higher education,foreign student education in China receives increasing attention from China’s colleges and universities Local colleges and universities join the trend of internationalization to seek their own rapid development and are actively engaged in the development of foreign student education in China with both achievements and difficulties Based on the reality of local colleges and universities,this thesis analyzes the new situations and difficulties of foreign student education in China to discuss and explore new thoughts and strategies for the development of foreign student education in China in local colleges and universities from such6aspects as well organized top-level system design,broadening recruitment channel,reasonable scale target,strengthening faculty capacities,safeguarding management groups,and shaping features
