校企合作视角下高校日语专业课程设置与人才培养——以沈阳师范大学日语专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 目前,日语专业学生在知识结构、能力和素质等方面依然存在专业与社会企业需求不适应的问题。如何培养社会企业需要的有用人才,是高校人才培养的核心目标。校企合作视角下的社会企业培养人才模式力图优化人才培养方案,完善课程体系,加强教材建设,强化第一、第二课堂的联动等订单式人才培养模式,以满足企业用人需要。这种人才培养模式对学生走出校门并快速适应企业工作是行之有效的方式。 At present,the Japanese students’knowledge ability and quality structure are still not adapted to the present situation of the professional and social demand.It is of utmost importance to cultivate social enterprises need useful talents,colleges and universities of professional personnel training scheme and the curriculum.University-enterprise cooperation pattern is an effective way to cultivate talents for the society enterprise,optimize the talent training scheme,perfect the course system,strengthening the construction of teaching material,such as strengthening the linkage of the first and second class of ordering of the personnel training mode,which can satisfy the enterprises’needs of training talents.This kind of talent training mode is an effective way for students to get used to the business quickly.It can effectively cultivate talents needed by the social market.
