Glimpse of Rockery and Garden of Zhang Clan: A Case Study on Yu Garden of Qi Biaojia

张轶凡为造园大师张南垣之子,其事迹仅见于《祁彪佳日记》。祁氏在日记中对与张轶凡的交往及其在寓园的改造进行了详细的记录,具有很高的文献价值。张轶凡改造寓园对于了解和研究张氏叠山造园的内容、风格、工期,及张氏风格在越中的传播有着重要作用。通过分析研究案例,从实例角度总结并印证张氏叠山造园的特点、内容与工期,并对张氏叠山造园风格在越中的传播和发展进行了阐述。

As a son of Zhang Nanyuan who is a famous designer in rockery and garden,Zhang Yifan and his deeds was just recorded in Diary of Qi Biaojia.In the diary,Qi detailed communication with Zhang Yifan and transformation of Yu Garden.These records have a great historical value.By analyzing and studying the case,we summarized and verified the characteristics,content and duration of Zhang's style,and elucidated the propagation and development of Zhang's style in Shaoxing.
