影像组学在甲状腺癌应用的初步研究

Preliminary study on application of radiomics in thyroid carcinoma

目的:探索影像组学在甲状腺癌中的应用价值。方法:选择于复旦大学附属肿瘤医院手术的77例甲状腺乳头状癌单灶患者的病灶超声图像,进行影像组学特征研究并判断有否淋巴结转移,并与病理结果进行比较。结果:77例患者中,淋巴结转移27例,超声术前发现4例;淋巴结未转移50例,超声术前发现47例。通过影像组学方法判断病灶淋巴结有无转移,对照病理结果,准确率为73.1%,灵敏度为71.4%,特异度为74.0%。结论:影像组学在判断甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴结转移中有明确价值和极大潜力。

Objective:To explore the value of radiomics in thyroid carcinoma.Methods:Seventy-seven cases with unifocal papillary thyroid carcinoma in Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center were chosen.The ultrasound examines were performed before surgery.The ultrasound images were analyzed and predicted lymph nodes metastasis by radiomics.The radiomics results were compared with pathological results.Results:There were27cases with lymph node metastasis.Among them,4cases were diagnosed by ultrasound before surgery.There were50cases without lymph node metastasis.Among them,47cases were diagnosed by ultrasound before surgery.Compared with pathological results,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of lymph node metastasis prediction by radiomics were73.1%,71.4%and74.0%,respectively.Conclusion:There are certain value and great potential to determine the lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma by radiomics.
