摘要
"一带一路"背景下,进一步实施中国企业"走出去"意义重大。但由于东西方管理文化的差异,中国企业"走出去"面临着潜在的文化冲突,具体表现在企业决策模式、人力资源管理模式、企业管理制度以及员工多元化背景的冲突,根源则在于东西方文化差异中所存在的在人治与法治、个人主义与集体主义、高低权力距离的差异。实现企业跨文化管理融合有利于提高企业的凝聚力以及核心竞争力,最终提升企业的经营绩效。研究最终提出了一系列实现东西方管理文化融合的具体策略,包括建立风险识别体系,集中力量实施企业的本地化策略,加强东西方企业管理文化培训,克服语言障碍,提高企业文化适应能力以及构建创新包容的企业文化体系等。
Under the background of“One Belt and One Road”,it is of great significance to further implement the“going out”of Chinese enterprises.However,due to the difference in management culture between east and west,Chinese enterprises are facing potential cultural conflicts,such as the enterprise decision mode,human resource management mode,enterprise management system and employee diversity background.Those conflicts can be attributed to the difference between the rule of people and the rule of law,individualism and collectivism and the distance of power.It is beneficial to enhance the cohesion and core competitiveness of enterprises and improve the performance of enterprises.The present research finally puts forward a series of concrete strategies to realize the integration of eastern and western management culture,including establishing the risk identification system and focusing on the localization strategy of enterprises,strengthening cultural training in the management of eastern and western enterprises,overcoming language barriers,improving the cultural adaptability of enterprises,and building an innovative and inclusive corporate culture system,etc.
