摘要
在汉语教学中汉语国际教育师资自我效能感较高,可以给他们的教学带来积极的影响。汉语教师的自我效能感还因语言教学和文化教学双重作用而具有自身的特点,并与教学经验有着密切的联系。汉语教学中教师的自我效能感高对教学有着促进和激励的作用,会促使他们做出更为有效的教学决策,对学生施加积极的影响而形成激励作用。自我效能感高还有树立汉语教师教学自信心的积极作用。教师提高自己的自我效能感的途径在于全方位的自我提升。
In Chinese language teaching,the higher self-efficacy of teachers for international Chinese language education can bring a positive impact on their teaching.The self-efficacy of Chinese language teachers also has its own characteristics due to the dual role of language teaching and cultural teaching and has close connection with teaching experience.The high self-efficacy of teachers in Chinese language teaching promotes and stimulates teaching,encourages them to make more effective teaching decisions,and exerts a positive influence on students to form an incentive.Self-efficacy also plays an active role in the establishment of Chinese language teachers'self-confidence in teaching.The way for teachers to improve their self-efficacy lies in a full range of self-improvement.
