Comparative Analysis on Professional Practice Teaching Model of Social Work in Colleges

实践教学是培养符合社会需求的社会工作专业人才的重要途径。教学质量的提高有赖于采取合适的教学模式。目前高校社会工作专业实践教学主要有四种教学模式,即服务-学习模式、三元互动模式、合作-反思模式、四位一体模式。这些教学模式各有侧重,既有优势,也有局限。社会工作专业实践教学需要将这四种模式中的合理要素有机融合。

Practice teaching is an important way to cultivate social work professionals who meet the needs of society.The improvement of teaching quality depends on taking proper teaching models.At present,there are four teaching models including service learning model,three-element interaction model,cooperative reflection model and four-in-one model.Each of them has advantages and limitations.The social work practice teaching needs to combine the rational factors of the four models.
