高职院校分层教学中学生成绩评价的策略 被引量:2

摘要 随着高校招生规模的不断扩大,高职院校所招学生的成绩越来越差,为适应职教发展,各高职院校采取了分层教学的方法,但分层教学中学生成绩的评价问题一直是高职老师和高职教学管理者所关注的问题,文章利用模糊综合评价的方法对不同层次的学生成绩进行综合评价,将一些定性的问题转化为定量的问题来处理,克服了传统教学中评价的主观性和随意性,能够比较公正合理地评价各层次学生的成绩,提高了学生学习的积极性和主动性,也促进了教师教学的发展。 With the continuous expansion of college enrollment,the grades of students enrolled by higher vocational colleges are increasingly poor.In order to adapt to the development of vocational education,higher vocational colleges adopted a hierarchical teaching method,but the evaluation of students'grades in the hierarchical teaching has always been the concern of higher vocational teachers and higher vocational teaching managers.The article makes use of the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate students'grades at different levels comprehensively,transforms some qualitative problems into quantitative problems and overcomes the subjectivity and arbitrariness of evaluation in the traditional teaching,so it can evaluate the grades of students at all levels fairly and reasonably,improve the enthusiasm and initiative of students and promote the development of teachers'teaching.
