"2+1"模式的校企合作中,毕业设计管理是校企合作中重点问题,本文以张家界航空工业职业技术学院飞机机电设备维修专业为例,详细讨论了校企合作毕业设计管理中几个关键问题的具体实施措施,包括毕业设计题目的选择、毕业设计指导教师的选择和培养、毕业设计过程管理和毕业设计答辩管理,实现毕业设计的全过程的管理。

In the"2+1"model of college-enterprise cooperation,graduation design management is the key issue in college-enterprise cooperation.Taking the aircraft electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance major of Zhangjiajie Institute of Aeronautical Engineering as an example,this paper discusses in detail the specific implementation measures of several key issues in graduation design management under college-enterprise cooperation,including the selection of graduation design topics,the selection and cultivation of graduation design mentors,the graduation design process management and the graduation design explanation management.The aim is to realize the whole-process management of graduation design.
