《七发》中的心理疗法与中学生心理健康教育

Psychological Therapy in "Seven Elicitation" and Psychological Health Education of Middle School Students

西汉时期著名文学家枚乘的《七发》蕴含丰富的心理健康知识。《七发》记述了吴客为耽于享乐、萎靡不振的楚太子治病的故事。吴客认为病在精神和心理非药石所能疗救,从音乐、饮食、车马、游览、田猎、观涛、要言妙道七个方面开出药房,要求楚太子改变生活方式、加强户外运动、聆听君子传道,以此达到治疗的目的。重温《七发》蕴含的心理疗法,对于当前中学生保持心理健康有重要启示意义。

In the Western Han Dynasty,the work of"Seven Elicitation"written by a famous litterateur Mei Cheng was full of the knowledge of psychological health."Seven Elicitation"describes the story of Wu Ke's treatment towards the prince of Chu,who is suffering from pleasure and malaise.Wu Ke believed that mental and psychological diseases cannot be recovered by using medicine.Instead,they should be treated by music,food,vehicles,sightseeing,hunting,great waves viewing,important statements guiding.He requested the prince to change the lifestyle,strengthen outdoor sports and listen to the gentleman's guidance in order to achieve the goal of treatment.To review the psychological therapy in"Seven Elicitation"is of great inspiration for the current high school students'mental health.
