清前期奉天人口治理研究

Research on the Population Administration of Fengtian in the Early Qing Dynasty

经过明清战争的洗礼,清代前期奉天地区人口锐减,清廷为了扭转这一局面,实行了一系列政策恢复当地人口发展,并致力于辽东经济的重建,以巩固其后方根据地。然而就在这些政策初见成效之际,清廷为保护祖宗"龙兴之地",将政策改弦易张,使得奉天地区的发展戛然而止。

After the war between the Ming and Qing dynasties,the population in the Fengtian area dropped sharply in the early Qing Dynasty.In order to reverse this situation,the Qing government implemented a series of policies to restore the development of the local population and committed itself to the economic reconstruction of Liaodong in order to consolidate its rear base areas.However,when preliminary results have just been achieved through these policies,the Qing government stopped the development of the Fengtian area and change its policies in order to protect its ancestor's"land of prosperity".
