太空隔热涂料在油田金属储罐保温上的应用分析

在油田生产当中,油田油罐保温是一项重要的节能降耗措施。对于新型太空隔热涂料来说,其同时具有保温材料以及涂料的特性,在实际应用当中具有着反射率高、整体密封性好以及传热系数低等特点,在对传统保温模式进行改变的基础上对浮顶罐罐顶的保温问题进行有效解决。在本文中,将就太空隔热涂料在油田金属储罐保温上的应用进行一定的研究与分析。

In oil field production,oil-tank insulation is an important energy-saving measure.For new space thermal insulation coatings,it also has the property of thermal insulation materials and coatings,in the actual application of the high reflectivity and good overall sealing and low coefficient of heat transfer characteristics,the traditional model of heat preservation on the basis of the change of the floating roof on the top of the heat preservation problem effectively.In this paper,some research and analysis on the application of space heat insulation coating on the heat preservation of metal storage tank in oil field are carried out.
