拉应力对油管防腐层防腐性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 我国西部某油田油管受到腐蚀影响,因此采用了防腐涂层作为保护措施,本文主要讨论井下环境拉应力对涂层性能的影响。模拟不同井深油管受到的拉力拉伸试样,然后分别对未拉伸、拉伸后以及拉伸后再进行高压釜实验的涂层试片开展电化学交流阻抗实验,讨论不同条件下防腐层的耐蚀性能。结果表明在拉伸状态下会影响防腐层的耐蚀效果,特别是井下环境,所以油管防腐不推荐使用防腐层。 The downhole tubing is corroded of an oil field in the west of China so they have painted the antiseptic coating.We stretch samples with different forces according to depth and we have carried out the electrochemical AC impedance test by the sample without stretch,the sample after stretch and the sample after stretch in the experiment of high pressure kettle.We discuss the corrosion resistance of the anticorrosive coating under different conditions.The results show that under the tensile state,the corrosion resistance of the coating will be affected especially the downhole environment.Therefore,the antiseptic coating is not recommended for the tubing.
