摘要
以三种植物酸为原料,通过两步脱水法分别合成月桂酸咪唑啉季铵盐(LAIQ)、油酸咪唑啉季铵盐(OAIQ)和蓖麻油酸咪唑啉季铵盐(RAIQ),利用红外光谱对产物结构进行表征。采用失重法和电化学法研究三种咪唑啉季铵盐及其与KI复配剂在10%H_2SO_4中对Q235碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明,60℃时三种咪唑啉季铵盐对碳钢均有较好的缓蚀效果,且顺序为OAIQ>LAIQ>RAIQ。不同配比LAIQ、RAIQ与KI二元复配剂耐温性差,其在100℃时对碳钢的缓蚀率均小于21%;600mg/L OAIQ、900mg/L KI二元复配剂对碳钢的缓蚀率为90.99%。电化学测试表明OAIQ与KI二元复配剂能够对碳钢进行有效的防护。
Organic acid imidazoline quaternary ammonium salts(LAIQ,OAIQ and RAIQ)were prepared from three vegetable acids by a two-step dehydration method,whose structures were characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The inhibition performance of three imidazoline quaternary ammonium salts and their compound agents for Q235carbon steel in10%H2SO4were studied by static weight-loss method and electrochemical method.The results revealed that three imidazoline quaternary ammonium salts had good corrosion inhibition effect for carbon steel at60℃,and the order was OAIQ>LAIQ>RAIQ.Binary compound agents consisted of different ratio of LAIQ,RAIQ and KI had bad temperature resistance,of which the corrosion inhibition rates for carbon steel were less than21%at100℃.The inhibition rate of binary compound agent,600mg/L OAIQ、900mg/L KI,was90.99%at100℃.Electrochemical tests showed that binary compound agent of OAIQ and KI can protect carbon steel effectively.
