摘要
为了建立高压加热器状态预警模型,选择合适的测点。采用灰熵关联法,分析了抽汽温度、抽汽压力、出口水压、端差、进汽温度、疏水温度、主给水流量对昆二电厂1号机1号高压加热器运行状态(出口水温)的关联性程度。结果表明疏水温度、抽汽温度、进汽温度是高压加热器运行状态的合适测点,这为高压加热器故障预警模型建立提供了科学依据。
In order to establish an early warning model of high pressure heater,the suitable measuring point is chosen.By the gray entropy correlation analysis method,extraction pressure,outlet pressure,temperature difference,inlet temperature,temperature,feed water flow rate of steam turbine No.1Kunming two power plant No.1high-pressure heater operation state of the correlation degree(outlet water temperature).The results show that the hydrophobic temperature,the extraction temperature and the inlet temperature are the appropriate measuring points for the operation of the high pressure heater.This provides a scientific basis for the establishment of the fault warning model of the high pressure heater.
