新型城镇化背景下对总体城市设计研究重点的探索——以武义县中心城区总体城市设计为例

在新型城镇化战略引导下,我国城市正从GDP导向的发展模式向幸福感为导向的可持续模式转变。城市规划迎来新的改革时期和创新需求,与此同时,中国总体城市设计也进入了历史之交时期。试图在新型城镇化背景下,从总体城市设计的现实问题和价值认识出发,探索新型总体城市设计的研究重点,并在武义县中心城区总体城市设计实际应用中,通过城市公共领域的设计,提升城市吸引力,助推武义从工业城市向旅游城市转变。并以实施为导向,通过成果转译将"设计"转化为"项目",传递到各层次规划中。

Under the guidance of new urbanization strategy,cities in our country are transforming from GDP-oriented development mode to happiness-oriented sustainable development mode.Urban design is facing a new reform era and innovative requirements.At the same time,comprehensive urban design in China also goes into a period of history.This article tries to explore the research priority of new comprehensive urban design from the realistic problems and value recognition of comprehensive urban design in the background of new urbanization,and enhance the urban attractiveness by the design of urban public areas to promote Wuyi to transform from industrial city to tourist city in the practical application of comprehensive urban design of central area of Wuyi County.Guided by the implementation,it also tries to transform“designs”to“items”by achievements translation and transmit to programs at all levels.
