摘要
旅游特色街区是居民与游客共同的生活休闲空间,是城市旅游与地域文化融合的产物,承载着城市的历史记忆,展现出多样的城市文化和生活场景,是城市旅游的核心组成部分。作为一种基于城市商业街区或生活街区发展起来的特色街区形态,传统的城市街区开发方式已经不能满足旅游特色街区的发展需求,应从游客(Tourist)、当地居民(Resident)、管理者(Manager)等多个维度对街区(Street)进行创新开发。围绕这三个维度对特色旅游街区的开发进行探讨与研究,为特色旅游街区的开发提供参考,同时在S-TRM逻辑架构下探讨海口骑楼老街存在的问题,并提出相应的开发策略。
Tourism featured street is the common life and leisure space of residents and visitors,and it is also the product of city tourism and regional cultural.Tourism featured street that carries the historical memory of the city and shows a variety of urban culture and life,is the core part of urban tourism.As a kind of characteristics of city blocks,which has been developed from commercial or living district,traditional way of city blocks development can not meet the demand of the development of tourism featured street.This kind of street should be innovatively developed from the multiple dimensions such as Tourists,Residents and Managers.This article will discuss and provide references on the development of tourism featured street.Also,this article will explore the problems of Haikou Qilou Old Street under the S-TRM logic framework,and put forward the corresponding development strategies.
