我国地名文化遗产保护名录制度建设现状分析与对策建议

地名是文化的载体,文化是地名的灵魂。近年来,伴随着我国地名日常管理、地名专项普查、地名公共服务等工作有序推进,依附于地名文化遗产保护事业的我国地名文化遗产保护名录制度建设工作取得了一些成效,但也存在着这样或那样不容忽视的问题。毋庸置疑,中国特色地名文化遗产保护名录制度的逐步建立、日趋健全,是一项关系到地名文化保护工作的长远战略。为了最大限度确保我国地名文化遗产保护名录制度建设取得实效,各级政府应注意十大问题,即"四个认识、四个高度、一个关键、一个结合"。

Geographical names are the carriers of culture and culture is the soul of geographical names.In recent years,with the orderly advancement in daily management,general investigation and public services for geographical names in our country,the protection list system construction for cultural heritage of geographical names which is attached to the protection of cultural heritage of geographical names has made some achievements.However,there are some problems that can’t be ignored.There is no doubt that the gradually establishment and increasingly perfection of protection list system construction for cultural heritage of geographical names in China is a long-term strategy with relation to the cultural protection of geographical names.In order to furthest ensure the protection list system construction for cultural heritage of geographical names in our country to achieve tangible results,governments at all levels shall pay attention to ten problems,that is,four understandings,four highnesses,one key point and one combination.
