云南西部地区室内跳蚤活动影响因素分析

An Analysis of the Factors of Flea Activities in Households of Western Yunnan Province

目的:分析云南西部地区室内跳蚤活动的影响因素。方法:使用自制调查问卷,在云南西部蚤传疾病地区的10个县、40个自然村,共计800户家庭进行现场调查收集跳蚤活动的证据及其潜在影响因素。应用Epi Data软件进行数据录入,在R软件下应用Logistic回归分析影响室内跳蚤活动的因素。结果:在800户家庭中,发现有跳蚤活动的家庭有554户(占69.2%)。水泥地面的家庭跳蚤活动概率减少60%;养猫和养猪的家庭跳蚤活动概率分别增加65%和50%;近一月内看到鼠类粪便的家庭跳蚤活动概率增加72%;70 d以内灭过蚤的家庭,跳蚤活动概率增加2.1倍。结论:云南西部地区室内跳蚤活动与家居环境、家养动物等人为干扰因素以及鼠类动物活动有关,灭蚤时除重点考虑以上因素外,应综合考虑不同家庭的实际情况,采取更有效的措施降低室内跳蚤的数量,预防蚤传疾病的发生和流行。

Objective:To analyze the factors of flea activities in households of Western Yunnan Province.Methods:In the fleaborne disease region of Western Yunnan Province,800households of40villages in10counties were randomly selected as study objects.Data of flea activities and their potential factors were collected by face to face interview,and then a dataset was established with the help of EpiData software.The factors of the flea activities were explored by using Logistic Regression in R software.Results:Fleas were found in554households.The probability of flea activities in the households with cement ground decreased to60%.The probability of flea activities in the households with cats and pigs increased to65%and50%,respectively.The probability of flea activities in the households with visible rat feces in a month increased to72%and increased2.1times in the households with controlling fleas measures within70days.Conclusion:There is a close relationship between the flea activities in households and human interference factors(e.g.living conditions,raising animals)and myomorph activities.The actual situations in different households should be considered when flea control measures are implemented.Much more effective measures need to be performed to control the number of fleas in households and prevent the occurrence and prevalence of flea-borne diseases.
