住院精神病患者营养风险评价的临床运用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨营养风险评价在住院精神疾病患者中的运用。方法:选取2015年1月1日至12月31日楚雄州精神病医院2 096名住院患者,符合ICD—10诊断标准的住院患者,采用营养风险筛查2002(NRS 2002)标准问卷和体重指数(BMI)评定开展营养风险评价,对住院精神疾病患者的营养状况进行评价。结果:使用NRS 2002和BMI筛查评定住院精神病患者营养状况发现,使用酒精引起的精神病性障碍营养风险发生率为7.53%,明显高于其他住院患者;通过BMI评价,住院精神疾病患者营养不良的发生率为4.15%,超重和肥胖发生率为7.54%和5.10%,男性患者的营养风险和重度营养不良以及超重、肥胖发生率高于女性,年龄越大发生营养风险的几率越高。结论:NRS 2002和BMI评定的有机结合适用于住院精神病患者营养评价,通过筛查,可以有针对性地开展营养支持,值得推广。 Objective:To study the application of the nutritional risk evaluation to hospitalized patients with mental illness.Methods:We selected randomly2096psychiatric inpatients in our hospital during the period from1January to31December,2015who met the ICD-10diagnosis standards.The questionnaires which followed the nutritional risk screening2002(NRS2002)standard were distributed and collected,and the body mass index(BMI)was used to evaluate the nutritional status of patients with mental illness.Results:It was found that in the patients with mental disorder caused by the use of alcohol nutritional risk rate was16.28%,which was significantly higher than other inpatients;through the evaluation of BMI,the incidence of malnutrition in patients with mental illness was4.15%;the incidence of overweight and obesity was7.54%and5.1%;men had a higher incidence of malnutrition,overweight and obese than women;the higher the age the greater the chance of nutritional risk.Conclusion:The combination of BMI rating and NRS2002is effective in evaluating nutrition status of hospitalized psychiatric patients;screening is an effective way to focus on solving the nutritious problems of a certain group of patients.
