摘要
在卷绕蓄电池生产中需要极耳排列整齐,但极群卷绕过程中常常出现极耳偏斜问题,造成生产难度大,焊接困难,废品率较高。对卷绕电池极耳偏斜成因进行分析后,将原来的极耳从中间分开,中间留有合适的空间,构成新的设计结构。通过柔性整形消耗卷绕极群时极耳位置产生的偏差,达到汇流排齐整的目的。
During the production of spiral-wound lead-acid batteries,the lugs should be made in queue.However,the problem of lugs being not all in queue which often happens during the process of winding plate group results in poor welding quality and high defective rate.After the analysis of the cause,the original lug is parted in the middle,and there is an appropriate gap in the middle to form a new structure.By the flexible adjustment,the position deviation of lug is eliminated to realize a well strap in the process of winding plate group.
