摘要
以无污染废铅酸蓄电池再生利用技术为目标,对再生利用工艺进行技术改造,以及设计了符合我国工业要求的废铅酸蓄电池再生利用集成设备,研制出了全自动两级破碎分选系统与全氧侧吹还原熔炼转炉,解决了传统废铅酸蓄电池回收再利用技术和装备的耗能大,成本高,回收效率低,以及设备维护复杂等问题。
In this paper,aiming at the pollution-free recycling technology of used lead-acid batteries,the recycling process is upgraded,the integrated equipment used to recycle used lead-acid batteries is designed which meets the industrial requirements of our country,and the automatic two-stage crushing separation system and full oxygen side blow reduction smelting converter are developed.Therefore the problems of conventional recycling technologies and equipments of used lead-acid batteries are solved,such as high energy consumption,high cost,low recovery efficiency and the complexities of equipment maintenance.
