固化充电工艺对稀土合金正极板性能的影响

摘要 通过选用铅钙稀土新型合金和普通高锡合金,对采用不同固化、充电工艺生产出的生极板和熟极板进行扫描电镜分析和XRD测试,并对组装电池的容量和深循环寿命进行了比较试验,以确定满足稀土合金用作动力电池这一深循环使用寿命特性的固化和充电工艺。 By using SEM and XRD,the green plates and red plates with lead calcium rare earth alloy and ordinary high tin alloy were tested respectively,which were prepared under the different curing and charging processes.The capacities and deep cycle lives of the assembled batteries were compared to make sure the curing and charging processes which meet the requirements of rare earth alloy used in the power batteries
