摘要
根据教学诊断与改进工作的要求,选取专业作为切入点,在对专业诊改现状进行分析的基础上,借鉴质量管理绩效等理论,通过头脑风暴法、经验法、层次分析法,尝试构建一套高职院校专业诊改要素表,以期对专业的自我诊断与自我改进提供参考依据,促进专业建设与人才培养质量提高。
This paper selects specialty as the cutting point according to the requirements of teaching diagnosis and improvement work.Based on the analysis of status quo of the specialty diagnosis and improvement,it refers to the theory of quality management performance,and tries to build a set of specialty diagnosis and improvement table of elements for higher vocational colleges through brain storming method,experience method and analytic hierarchy process,hoping to provide referential basis for self-diagnosis and self-improvement of the specialty and to promote the specialty construction and improve the quality of talents cultivation.
