摘要
关键绩效指标,往往被高校看作是开展教师评价的前提与基础,是教师评价的责任与目的。关键绩效指标来源于学校的战略目标,即为完成学校发展战略,将学校战略目标逐层分解到各个部门以及相关人员,为考核者、被考核者提供所需要的评价内容、评价标准等,以便客观、准确地评价、监督、衡量绩效,从而保证学校战略目标的实现。
Key performance indicators,as the prerequisite and basis for teachers’evaluation in colleges,are theresponsibility and purpose of teachers’evaluation.In colleges,the key performance indicators are from the college'sstrategic objectives.In order to achieve college development,college strategic objectives are assigned to differentdepartments and related personnel.It provides the necessary evaluation content and standards to the assessors so as toevaluate,supervise and measure the performances objectively and accurately,ensuring the realization of the college'sstrategic objectives.
