摘要
本文以食醋的营养与保健功能作为研究对象,首先对食醋富含的营养价值进行阐述,随后针对食醋的保健功能做了进一步分析,其功能主要包括降血脂降血压、缓解消除疲劳、防治感冒等。
In this paper,the nutrition and health function of vinegar were taken as the research object.Firstly,the nutritive value of vinegar was analyzed,and then the health function of vinegar was further analyzed.Its functions mainly included lowering blood lipid Blood pressure,relieve fatigue,prevent colds and other health functions.
