摘要
风险监测和监督抽检属于我国食品安全检验当中的两大体系,对保证食品安全具有重要价值和意义。近年来,我国的食品安全问题频发,引起了社会各界的重视,这对风险监测与监督抽查提出了更高的要求。因此,为了更高效地开展相关工作,明确《食品安全法》中部门的分工合作,保障食品风险监测的高质高效。本文从食品安全风险的相关监督抽检和安全监测中探求两者的联系与区别,以期更好地、多角度地、全方位地为风险监测工作提供可行性的建议。
The analysis of risk monitor and supervise inspection belongs to two systems of China food safety inspection,with the important value and meaning for making sure the food safety.In recently,many food safety problem happened frequently in China,and causing social circles to think highly of that,so it come up with strict requirement for risk monitor and supervise selective examination.Therefore,to make the release work efficiently,and ensure work in cooperation with a due division of labor in the food safety law,so that it can guarantee food safety risk inspection with high quality and high efficient.This paper mainly researched the connection and difference for the risk monitor and supervise inspection of the food safety inspection,so it could provide better suggestions and methods for risk inspection work with better and multi angel and comprehensively.
