检测黄曲霉毒素的方法及其应用

Method for Detecting Aflatoxin and Its Application

黄曲霉毒素是一种剧毒物质,会对人体造成较大的伤害。黄曲霉毒素由于一些原因出现在食品当中,引发严重的食品安全问题,进而威胁人体健康。对此,应采取简便、快速、准确的方法,对黄曲霉毒素进行检测。基于此,本文首先介绍黄曲霉毒素的常用检测方法,包括化学分析法、仪器分析法、生物鉴定法、免疫分析法等。在此基础上,从食品卫生检验、肝癌诊断预防等方面,对检测黄曲霉毒素方法的应用进行分析。

Aflatoxin is a highly toxic substance,which will cause great harm to the human body.Aflatoxins are present in food for a number of reasons,causing serious food safety problems,thereby threatening human health.In this regard,a simple,rapid and accurate method for aflatoxin detection should be adopted.Based on this,this paper first introduced the common detection methods of aflatoxin,including chemical analysis,instrumental analysis,biological identification,immunoassay and so on.On this basis,the application of aflatoxin detection was analyzed from the aspects of food hygiene inspection,diagnosis and prevention of liver cancer.
