Western food refers to the Western countries,its historical and cultural heritage is very deep.After the introduction of Western food in China has been warmly welcomed,and increasingly become the Chinese people’s daily diet options.There fore,based on the historical and cultural background of western food,this paper focused on the western culture from the perspective of western food translation,with a view to providing a new research perspective for Western cultural researchers.
