酶联免疫吸附法测定猪肉中盐酸克伦特罗的方法

摘要 随着社会经济的持续发展、人们生活水平的日益提高,人们对于畜产品的质量要求越来越高,优质高效的畜产品已经成为人们日常生活的基本要求。但是,受到利益的驱使,仍有部分不法分子在畜产品的饲料中添加不同含量的盐酸克伦特罗以改善动物肉质,获取非法利益,严重威胁人民群众的身体健康。基于此,本文以猪肉中的盐酸克伦特罗的测定为例,从酶联免疫吸附法的原理、操作步骤以及注意要点等方面出发,分析总结酶联免疫吸附法测定猪肉中盐酸克伦特罗的方法,研究结果发现,采用胶体金免疫法进行初筛,使用酶联免疫吸附对初筛结果为阳性的样品进行二次检测,是提高检测准确率的有效途径。 With the continuous development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standard,people’s demand for the quality of livestock products is higher and higher,and high quality and efficient animal products have become the basic requirements of people’s daily life.However,driven by the interests,some illegal elements still add different content of clenbuterol in the feed of animal products to improve the meat quality of animals,obtain illegal benefits,and seriously threaten the health of the people.Based on this,taking the determination of clenbuterol in pork as an example,the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)for the determination of clenbuterol hydrochloride in pork by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was analyzed.The results showed that using colloidal gold-immune method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)were the effective way to improve the detection accuracy.
