摘要
鲅鱼干丝以青岛市特产资源鲅鱼为主要原料,结合广东特色美食潮汕肉丸的制作工艺,江苏省的烫干丝饮食文化,南北文化融会贯通,制成产品鲅鱼干丝。本文就鲅鱼干丝的加工方法进行研究。
Mackerel dry silk to spanish mackerel specialty resources of Qingdao city as the main raw materials,combined with the production process characteristics of Guangdong Chaoshan delicacy in Jiangsu province Rice-meat dumplings,hot Gansi diet culture,cultures of north and south,made of spanish mackerel dry silk products.This paper studied on the processing method of the spanish mackerel dry silk.
