碳青霉烯酶肺炎克雷伯菌筛选及临床分析

Screening and clinical analysis of Carbapenem producing Klebsiella pneumoniae

目的筛选碳青霉烯酶肺炎克雷伯菌(CRKP)及现状分析。方法采用K-B法及配套GN卡上机鉴定、改良Hodge法试验、EDTA纸片协同试验筛选碳青霉烯酶的肺炎克雷伯菌。结果 2015年7月~2016年12月,本院临床科室送检标本分离碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌菌株36株。结果表明,碳青霉烯酶肺炎克雷伯菌院内尤其是重症医学科病房感染严重,其多重耐药现象突出。结论建议开展其同源性分析及监测肺炎克雷伯菌流行情况,应引起医院高度重视。

Objective The analysis of CRKP and the status quo of carbapenylase pneumonia were screened.Methods The k-b method and the matching GN card were used for identification,Improved Hodge test,EDTA paper was used to screen for pneumocyrene pneumoniae.Results From July2015to December2016,there were36strains of klebsiella pneumoniae in the clinical department of the hospital.The results indicate that the severe infection in the patients with the carbapenase pneumonia klebsiella pneumoniae,especially in the icu.Its multiple drug resistance is outstanding.Conclusion The homologous analysis and the monitoring of klebsiella pneumoniae were recommended.The hospital should be highly regarded.
