摘要
目的观察分析临床应用小剂量甲泼尼龙对肺炎支原体肺炎婴幼儿肿瘤坏死因子α水平的影响。方法选取72例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,按随机数字表法随机分为常规治疗组和干预治疗组,各36例,常规治疗组患儿进行常规临床治疗,干预治疗组在常规治疗组患儿治疗的基础上给予甲泼尼龙静脉滴注,同时随机选取同一时期在本院体检门诊体检的36例健康婴幼儿作为对照组,对比分析3组患儿血清肿瘤坏死因子α的水平。结果干预治疗组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于常规治疗组(P<0.05),治疗前常规治疗组与干预治疗组患儿的血清TNF-α水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗4 d、7 d后干预治疗组TNF-α水平较常规治疗组明显下降(P<0.05),治疗7 d后干预治疗组的TNF-α水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,而常规治疗组TNF-α水平仍明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量甲泼尼龙可明显降低肺炎支原体肺炎婴幼儿肿瘤坏死因子α水平,缓解机体的炎症反应,提高临床疗效,值得应用推广。
Objective To observe the clinical application of small dose of methyl prednisolone for mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in infants and young children the influence of tumor necrosis factor alpha levels.Methods Selected72cases of pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia in children,according to random number table method were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and the intervention treatment group of36cases,conventional treatment group routine clinical treatment pre-operation,intervention in the treatment group on the basis of routine treatment group with treatment give a prednisolone intravenous drip,and randomly selected from the same period in our hospital medical outpatient medical examination of36cases of healthy infants and young children as control group,comparison and analysis of three groups of children serum tumor necrosis factor alpha levels.Results The total effective treatment in children with intervention therapy group was obviously higher than that of conventional treatment group(P<0.05),before regular treatment group and intervention group of children with treatment of serum TNF alpha levels were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),4d,7d after treatment intervention group of TNF alpha level significantly decreased in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05),7d after treatment TNF alpha level intervention in the treatment group and control group was no significant difference,and level of TNF alpha is still routine therapy group was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Small doses of a prednisolone can obviously reduce the mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in infants and young children the tumor necrosis factor alpha levels,ease the body's inflammatory response,improve the clinical curative effect,is worth popularizing application.
