热敏灸治疗原发性痛经的疗效观察

Thermal the therapeutic effect of acupuncture treatment for primary dysmenorrhea observation

目的探讨对原发性痛经患者进行热敏灸治疗,观察治疗效果,为临床实践提供参考和指导。方法筛选84例原发性痛经患者作为临床研究对象,按照随机的方式将其划分为热敏灸治疗组和常规艾灸治疗组,各42例。根据分组,对热敏灸治疗组患者采取热敏灸方法进行治疗,对常规艾灸治疗组采取常规艾灸治疗方法进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果热敏灸治疗组患者的COX痛经症状量表评分明显低于常规艾灸治疗组(P<0.05);且其治疗的总有效率显著高于常规艾灸治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规艾灸治疗方法相比,对原发性痛经患者采用热敏灸的方法行治疗,可以更好的改善患者痛经症状,提高治疗总有效率,值得加强临床推广与实践。

Objective To investigate how the thermal main therapy in patients with primary dysmenorrhea,observe the treatment effect.Methods84patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into thermal moxibustion moxibustion treatment group and conventional treatment group,each group of42cases of patients,comparability between groups.In patients with thermal moxibustion treatment group adopts the method of thermal moxibustion treatment,the routine moxibustion treatment group treated with routine moxibustion treatment method.Results COX thermal moxibustion treatment group patients symptoms rating scale significantly lower than the conventional moxibustion treatment group,and the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of conventional moxibustion treatment group,contrast difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine moxibustion treatment methods,adopt the method of thermal moxibustion in patients with primary dysmenorrhea treatment,can improve the symptoms of patients with dysmenorrhea better,improve the total effective rate,and practice to strengthen clinical promotion.
