摘要
目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)和细胞色素P4501A1(cytochromeP4501A1,CYP1A1)与肺癌的发生、发展的关系。方法采用MaxVision免疫组化的方法检测58例肺癌组织及16例癌旁正常组织中,VEGF、CYP1A1蛋白的表达差异。结果免疫组化结果显示:与癌旁正常组织相比,肺癌组织VEGF、CYP1A1阳性表达率均存在统计学差异(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ期的阳性表达率与Ⅲ、Ⅳ期相比,CYP1A1、VEGF蛋白表达均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。CYP1A1、VEGF蛋白表达的相关系数r为0.723。结论VEGF和CYP1A可能与肿瘤的发生发展有关,两个蛋白之间的表达可能存在一定关联且为正相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between VEGF and CYP1A1and the development and progression of lung cancer.Methods58cases of lung cancer tissue and16cases of normal tissue were detected by Max vision immunohistochemistry.Results Immunohistochemistry results show:compared with adjacent normal group,there was significant difference in the positive rate ofCYP1A1and VEGF in lung cancer group(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of CYP1A1and VEGF were significantly different between stage I,II andIII,IV(P<0.05).The correlation coefficient of VEGF and CYP1A1was0.723.Conclusion VEGF and CYP1A may be associated with the occurrence and development of tumor.Correlation coefficient indicated the positive correlation between VEGF and CYP1A1expression
