鲍曼不动杆菌及肺炎克雷伯菌对替加环素体外药敏试验方法

Acinetobacter baumannii and Klebsiella pneumoniae in the evaluation of tigecycline in vitro drug sensitivity test methods

摘要 目的评价3种不同检测方法对鲍曼不动杆菌与肺炎克雷伯菌对替加环素体外药敏实验的准确性。方法选择从浙江省舟山医院临床中所搜集的241株鲍曼不动杆菌以及256株肺炎克雷伯菌为标本,采用Vitek2法、纸片扩散法以及MIC测试条法检测2种微生物对替加环素的耐药性,并对比不同方法的准确性。结果3种方法所测的鲍曼不动杆菌对替加环素的敏感度分别为70.2%,78.7%和91.5%,所测的肺炎克雷伯菌对替加环素的敏感度分别为89.1%、58.7%和91.3%。采用MIC测试条为标准进行对比分析,对于鲍曼不动杆菌Vitek2法重要失误率为2.3%,Vitek2法在肺炎克雷伯菌药敏分析中与MIC测试条的检测结果一致性高于纸片扩萨法,但是对于鲍曼不动杆菌则低于纸片扩散法。结论对于鲍曼不动杆菌的药敏检测采用纸片扩散法进行检测具有较高的准确性,而对于肺炎克雷伯菌则Vitek2的检测更加准确。 Objective To evaluate the accuracy of three different detection methods for the pharmacodynamics of Acinetobacter baumannii and Klebsiella pneumoniae against tigecycline in vitro.Methods A total of241strains of Acinetobacter baumannii and256strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae were collected from Zhoushan Hospital of Zhejiang Province.Two kinds of microbes were tested by Vitek2method,disc diffusion method and MIC test method.Plus cyclosporine resistance,and compare the accuracy of different methods.Results The sensitivity of Acinetobacter baumannii to tigecycline was70.2%,78.7%and91.5%,respectively.The Klebsiella pneumoniae sensitivity was89.1%,58.7%and91.3%,respectively.Results The Vitek2method was more stable than that of the MIC test strip in the drug sensitivity analysis of Klebsiella pneumoniae.The results showed that the Vitek2method was more accurate than that of the MIC test strip But not for Acinetobacter baumannii than the paper diffusion method.Conclusion The detection of susceptibility to Acinetobacter baumannii was highly accurate by the disc diffusion method,and the detection of Vitek2was more accurate for Klebsiella pneumoniae
