静脉滴注硫酸镁与口服硝苯地平控释片配合治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果

Clinical observation of intravenous infusion of Magnesium Sulfate and oral Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension

目的分析口服硝苯地平控释片配合静脉滴注硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果。方法选取2012年6月～2015年8月常山县人民医院收治的100例妊娠期高血压疾病患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组50例。对照组进行硫酸镁治疗，静脉滴注，1天1次。实验组在此基础上给予硝苯地平控释片，口服，1天3次，10mg／次。比较分析分析实验组与对照组治疗前后舒张压、收缩压与临床疗效指标。结果治疗后，实验组治疗有效率为94.0%，对照组治疗有效率为84.0%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，2组舒张压与收缩压差异无统计学意义，治疗后，实验组收缩压与收缩压分别为（130.21±6.32）mmHg和（80.04±5.22）mmHg，显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论口服硝苯地平控释片配合静脉滴注硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的临床效果较为理想，能够显著改善患者血压情况，安全性高。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of oral Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets combined with intravenous drip of Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods100cases of pregnancy induced hypertension from June2015to August2017in our hospital were selected as the subjects,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,50cases in each group.The control group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate,intravenous drip,once a day.The experimental group was given Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets orally,three times a day,10mg times.The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and clinical curative effect were compared between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the effective rate was94.0%in the experimental group and84.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure.After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the experimental group were(130.21±6.32)mmHg,and(80.04±5.22)mmHg,significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral and intravenous drip of Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets Magnesium Sulfate clinical effect in the treatment of hypertension in pregnancy is more ideal,can significantly improve the blood pressure condition,high safety,has clinical significance.
