甘利欣治疗肝炎病毒性传染病患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of ganlixin in treating hepatitis patients with viral infectious diseases

目的探究肝炎病毒性传染病患者接受甘利欣治疗的价值。方法选取肝炎病毒性传染病患者100例作为此次研究对象，所选时间为2015年2月～2016年2月，按照其治疗方案的差异分为对照组和实验组，每组50例，其中对照组接受常规方式治疗，实验组同时接受甘利欣治疗，对比2组肝炎病毒性传染病患者治疗结果的差异性。结果实验组肝炎病毒性传染病患者的总有效率（94.00%）明显优于对照组的总有效率（74.00%）（P＜0.05）；2组不良反应率对比，差异无统计学意义；实验组治疗后的肝功能指标水平优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论肝炎病毒性传染病患者接受甘利欣治疗，可提高治疗的疗效，改善肝功能指标，且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the value of ganlixin in the treatment of patients with hepatitis viral infectious diseases.Methods100cases of hepatitis viral infectious disease patients were selected as the research objects from February2015to February2016,according to the differences of treatment,patients were divided into the experiment group and the control group,the control group was treated with routine treatment,the experimental group was treated with glycyrrhizic acid,the results of the treatment of patients with hepatitis viral infections in two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group(94.00%)was significantly better than that(74.00%)in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in adverse reactions between2groups.The hepatic functional index of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of hepatitis patients with viral infectious diseases could improve the curative effect of treatment and liver function index with high safety and significance.
