氨基葡萄糖结合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效探究

Effect of glucosamine combined with sodium hyaluronate on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的分析氨基葡萄糖结合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择2016年2月～2017年2月兰溪市人民医院收治的112例膝骨关节炎患者，分为基础组和研究组，各56例，基础组仅口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊；研究组则采用氨基葡萄糖联合玻璃酸钠治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后的疼痛评分（VAS）、膝关节功能（Lysholm）评分变化情况及临床效果。结果治疗后，基础组患者治疗总有效率为75.00%，研究组患者治疗总有效率为94.64%,2组比较差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组患者VAS评分低于基础组的，且研究组Lysholm评分明显高于基础组，2组比较差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论氨基葡萄糖结合玻璃酸钠应用于膝骨关节炎治疗中的的临床效果显著，能有效缓解患者疼痛，改善关节功能，安全性高。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of glucosamine combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods112patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into the basal group(n=56)and the study group(n=56).The basal group were treated with oral glucosamine hydrochloride alone.The study group were treated with glucose and sodium hyaluronate.The changes of pain score(VAS)and knee function(Lysholm)before and after treatment in both groups and the clinical effect were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was75.00%in the basal group and94.64%in the study group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the baseline group,and the Lysholm score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the baseline group Lysholm score,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Glucosamine combined with sodium hyaluronate is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which can effectively relieve pain and improve joint function and high safety.
