盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入联合护理干预对机械通气患者祛痰效果的影响

摘要 目的分析盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入联合护理干预对机械通气患者祛痰效果的影响。方法选取舟山市中医院2015年2月~2016年10月收治的60例行机械通气患者患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组30例。对照组静脉注射盐酸氨溴索治疗,实验组雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索。实验组与对照组均进行合理的护理干预措施,比较分析2组患者临床疗效。结果经过对应的治疗后,实验组治疗有效率为93.3%,显著高于对照组的有效率73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组患者VAP感染率为33.3%,显著低于对照组的56.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入及护理干预对机械通气患者祛痰临床效果较为理想,能够显著降低VAP感染率。 Objective To investigate the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation and nursing intervention on expectorant effect in patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods60patients with mechanical ventilation from February2015to October2016were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each group had30cases.The control group received intravenous injection of ambroxol hydrochloride,and the experimental group received ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation.The experimental group and the control group were given reasonable intervention measures,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results After the corresponding treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was93.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAP infection rate of the experimental group was33.3%,significantly lower than that of the control group(56.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aerosol inhalation and nursing intervention of ambroxol hydrochloride are ideal for eliminating phlegm in mechanical ventilation patients,and can significantly reduce the rate of VAP infection.
