氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病护理分析

Nursing analysis of amlodipine with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease

目的探讨综合性护理干预措施在氨氯地平阿托伐他汀治疗高血压患者中配合实施对患者用药依从性、疗效及生活质量影响。方法选取2016年7月～2017年7月本院诊治76例高血压合并冠心病患者作为研究对象，所有患者均采用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀治疗，采用信封抽签分组法分为干预组（综合性护理干预，38例）和常规组（常规护理，38例），比较2组患者依从性、疗效及生活质量。结果干预组患者饮食、用药、生活及运动依从性显著高于常规组（P＜0.05）。干预组患者疗效显著于常规组（97.37%vs.78.95%，P＜0.05）。干预组患者心理状况、健康状况、生活状况、生理状况评分均高于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并冠心病患者配合实施综合护理干预，可有效提高患者依从性、疗效及生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance,efficacy and quality of life of patients treated with amlodipine in patients with hypertension.Methods From July2016to July2017,76patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were enrolled in this study.All patients were treated with amlodipine atorvastatin and divided into intervention group Sexual care intervention,38cases)and conventional group(routine nursing,38cases),compared the two groups of two groups of patients with compliance,efficacy and quality of life.Results The diet,medication,life and exercise compliance of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The efficacy of the intervention group was significantly higher in the conventional group(97.37%vs.78.75%,P<0.05).The psychological status,health status,living status and physiological status of the intervention group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease with the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,can effectively improve patient compliance,efficacy and quality of life.
