枸橼酸咖啡因联合护理干预治疗早产儿呼吸暂停的临床应用观察

Clinical observation of caffeine citrate combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of apnea in premature infants

目的探讨枸橼酸咖啡因联合护理干预治疗早产儿呼吸暂停的临床应用效果。方法此次以随机数字表法将2015年1月～2017年6月于湖州市妇幼保健院诊治的呼吸暂停早产儿60例分组为：对照组用枸橼酸咖啡因+常规护理治疗，观察组用枸橼酸咖啡因+人性化护理；详细记录2组早产儿临床治疗效果及护理满意度，并将所获相关数据作对比分析。结果观察组早产儿临床治疗总有效率高于对照组、护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论早产儿呼吸暂停选择枸橼酸咖啡因+人性化护理干预治疗的效果显著，可充分提高临床治疗效果、护理满意度高。

Objective To investigate the effects of caffeine citrate combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of apnea in premature infants.Methods60cases of premature infants with apnea in Huzhou maternal and child care hospital from January2015to June2017by the method of random number table were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing of caffeine citrate treatment,the observation group was given caffeine citrate plus humanized nursing;the detailed records of the two groups of premature clinical treatment and nursing satisfaction,and the related data were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Caffeine citrate plus humanized nursing intervention treatment in premature infants with apnea can fully improve the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction.
