芬太尼透皮贴剂在肝癌患者中镇痛治疗联合综合护理干预对患者不良反应及疼痛的影响

Analgesic treatment of fentany transdermal system in patients with liver cancer combined with comprehensive nursing intervention on adverse reactions and pain

目的探讨芬太尼透皮贴剂在肝癌患者中镇痛治疗配合综合护理干预对患者不良反应及疼痛的影响。方法选取2015年5月～2016年11月浙江医院收治的肝癌患者110例，按照不同的护理方法分为对照组（n=55）和研究组（n=55）；2组患者均给予芬太尼透皮贴剂进行止痛；对照组患者给予一般常规护理措施；研究组给综合护理干预（心理干预、饮食干预、健康教育、疼痛干预、环境干预）。比较2组患者的疼痛缓解效果，护理满意度、生活质量评分和治疗过程中出现的不良反应情况。结果研究组患者治疗后疼痛缓解有效率（96.63%）明显高于对照组（85.45%），组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组患者对护理满意度（94.54%）明显高于对照组（81.82%），组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组患者不良反应（5.45%）明显低于对照组（18.18%），组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组患者治疗后生活质量评分明显高于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论芬太尼透皮贴剂在肝癌患者中镇痛治疗配合综合护理干预，可有效缓解患者疼痛，降低不良反应，提高护理满意度，改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the fentany transdermal system in the liver cancer patients treated with the analgesic effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with adverse reactions and pain.Methods110patients with hepatocellular carcinoma admitted in our hospital from May2015to November2016were divided into control group(n=55)and study group(n=55)according to different nursing methods.All patients were given fentanyl Transdermal patch for analgesic;the control group were given conventional nursing;the study group given comprehensive nursing intervention(psychological intervention,diet intervention Pre,health education,pain intervention,environmental intervention).Observe the effects of pain relief,nursing satisfaction,quality of life score and adverse reactions in the treatment group.Results After treatment,the pain remission rate in the study group(96.63%)was significantly higher than the control group(85.45%),the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the study group(94.54%)was significantly higher than the control group(81.82%),the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reactions in the study group(5.45%)was significantly lower than the control group(18.18%),the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life score in the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fentany transdermal patch in patients with liver cancer analgesic treatment combined with comprehensive nursing intervention,can effectively relieve pain,reduce adverse reactions,improve nursing satisfaction,improve patient quality of life,worthy of clinical application.
