综合护理干预在改善新生儿黄疸预后中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in improving the prognosis of children with neonatal jaundice

目的探讨综合护理干预在改善新生儿黄疸预后中的应用效果。方法随机选取2013年1月~2016年12月浙江省永康市妇幼保健院收治的新生儿黄疸200例，采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组（n=100）和对照组（n=100）。对照组给予常规护理，观察组则在常规的护理方案基础上给予综合护理干预，对比观察2组干预后的黄疸指数情况以及护理效果。结果与对照组相比，观察组患儿干预后的临床疗效明显升高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；与对照组相比，观察组患儿干预后第1、3、6天的黄疸指数均明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；与对照组相比，观察组患儿胎便转黄时间与初排时间均明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论与常规的护理方案相比，综合护理干预方案在新生儿黄疸中的应用不仅能在一定程度上提高临床疗效，还能明显降低黄疸指数。

Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in improving the prognosis of children with neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of200cases of patients with neonatal jaundice were treated from January2013to December2016in our hospital,were randomly selected into experimental group(n=100)and control group(n=100).The patients in the control group were given routine care treatment,while the patients in the experimental group were additionally given comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical treatment effect and icteric index were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the jaundice index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at1,3and6days after intervention(P<0.05).And the duration of tibial rotation and the time of the first group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional care,the comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the clinical effect and reduce the icteric index in the treatment of pathological jaundice of newborn.
