维生素E联合心理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血浆C-反应蛋白和血脂水平的影响

Effects of vitamin E and psychological intervention on plasma C-reactive protein and blood lipid in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的研究分析维生素E、心理干预联用对妊娠糖尿病患者血浆C-反应蛋白和血脂水平的影响。方法选取舟山市普陀区第二人民医院收治的60例妊娠糖尿病患者，对照组给予皮下注射胰岛素治疗，并进行维生素E治疗，口服，剂量为30mg/d。实验组在此基础上给予心理干预措施，积极与患者进行交流，为患者解答疑惑，消除患者焦虑或抑郁等负面情绪，提高临床疗效。比较分析实验组与对照组患者治疗前后TC、HDL-C与LDL-C等血脂水平和血浆C-反应蛋白水平变化。结果对照组治疗后高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平为（1.36±0.29）mmol/L显著低于实验组（1.78±0.23）mmol/L，实验组TC、TG及低密度脂蛋白水平显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组C-反应蛋白水平（3.67±0.54）mg/L显著低于对照组水平为（4.65±0.57）mg/L，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论维生素E、心理干预联用在妊娠糖尿病患者的应用中能够显著改善患者血脂水平，临床效果理想，缓解炎症反应，安全性高。

Objective To study the effects of vitamin E and psychological intervention on the levels of plasma C-reactive protein and blood lipid in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods60cases of gestational diabetes mellitus in the second People's hospital of Putuo district,Zhoushan City were divided into the control group and the experimental group,the control group was received subcutaneous injection of insulin,and vitamin E treatment,a day oral dose of30mg.The experimental group was given psychological intervention on the basis treatment of the control group,and actively communicating with patients,answering doubts,eliminating anxiety or depression and other negative emotions,and improving clinical efficacy.The plasma C-reactive protein levels and blood lipid levels of TC,HDL-C and LDL-C before and after treatment in the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed.Results In the control group,after the treatment,high density lipoprotein cholesterol level(1.36±0.29)mmol/L was significantly lower than the experimental group(1.78±0.23)mmol/L,TC,TG and LDL levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The level of C-reactive protein(3.67±0.54)mg/L in the experimental group was significantly lower than that(4.65±0.57)mg/L in the control group with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of vitamin E and psychological intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus could significantly improve the blood lipid levels with ideal clinical effects,and relieve the inflammatory response with high safety
