通腑化痰方治疗痰热郁肺型COPD急性加重期的多因子相关性研究

Study on the multifactor correlation of Tongfu Huatan recipe on the treatment of acutely exacerbate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome

目的观察通腑化痰方对AECOPD患者的临床疗效，研究治疗机制。方法运用相关性分析和回归分析，将84例AECOPD患者用通腑化痰方治疗，检测治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白（CRP），血气分析及肺功能的变化。结果治疗效果与假设对比，相关系数小于0.05，显著性检验效果明显，CRP明显下降，FEV1%、FEV1/FVC及PaO2、PaCO2均有明显改善。结论通腑化痰方干预治疗明显提高痰热郁肺型AECOPD的疗效，干预机制与降低CRP、改善肺功能及缺氧状态成正相关。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongfu Huatan recipe on AECOPD,and study the mechanism.Methods By using correlation analysis and regression analysis,84cases with AECOPD were treated with Tongfu Huatan recipe.The changes of hypersensitivity C reactive protein(CRP),blood gas analysis and lung function were detected before and after treatment.Results The therapeutic effect was compared with the hypothesis,the correlation coefficient was less than0.05,and the significance test was effective.CRP decreased significantly,FEV1%,FEV1/FVC and PaO2,PaCO2were significantly improved.Conclusion The effect of Tongfu Huatan decoction on the treatment of phlegm heat obstructing lung type AECOPD is obviously improved.The interventing mechanism was positively related to the decrease of CRP,the improvement of lung function.
